In a blender or Food Processor combine:
1 cup Olive Oil
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Pine Nuts
2 Cups Freah Basil Leaves
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 to 1 teasoppn salt (to your taste)
Pulse to chop but don't puree. Server on cooked pasta and enjoy.
This keeps in the frig. for about a week and it also freezes well.
