I don't like folks who don't live here or who have just moved in to tell us how things should be ran. If we aren't doing it right then they should find somewhere that things are proper, so they can be happy and say positive things.
MY LIKES
I always thought people who talked or bragged about their grandkids where wierd. Well, guess who is wierd now! What joy my family has given me and grandchildren are my wealth.
HOBBIES
I enjoy riding and packing, with my wife, in the mountains. I don't hunt and prefer going in the high country in summer weather. I suppose for the solitude. I ride a big ol' molly mule.
BOOKS
My favorite novel is probably "The Testament" by John Grisham. I generally read book on history. WWII is a common subject.
MUSIC
Country music but more to the cowboy side such as Ian Tyson. Easy rock (60s) makes enjoyable listening, as well.
MOVIES
I enjoy movies but seem less interested in the newer releases. Do you suppose it is my age!! I find that I often order documentaries from Netflix.
I have a real name and it is Bill Baker.
I was born in Twin Falls many many years ago. I left the state for about 6 years and 5 of those were spent in Alberta, Canada. I returned to home in 1980. I worked for various building contractors before working at Twin Falls County fairgrounds. In 1993, I started my own business of Real Estate and building code inspections.
This site is my latest endeavor and it is fun to work with and I hope is an asset to the community.
Hey Dad er Mr Vinekeeper :0) Why do i have to click on that little notepad with pen at the top right (HMTL cleanup) in order to type here? grrr aggravating when I just want to tell you how much I love you and miss you! Weather here is COLD! -3 with windchill and only 2 weeks ago it was 70!! Oh well at least no snow to shovel haha. Mom sent great pics of Wesley's #1 big day... isn't he cute with a big boy haircut. Makes me homesick to miss those important milestones. Ian and I are going hunting tomorrow... I let you know if my buck is bigger than his LOL. Have a great weekend~
